On 27th September NBO Interfaith officer Acharya Modgala gave a short reflection on "Buddhist bases for responding to crimes motivated by hate" at a meeting of the Faith Communities Forum (FCF), facilitated by the Interfaith Network for the UK (IFN).

Sally Healey, Senior policy advisor for hate crime, integration and faith directorate of the Department for Communities and Local Government gave a report of the government's "Hate Crime Action Plan". There was then a discussion. There was also a discussion about the draft revised text of the IFN document "Looking After One Another: The Safety and Security of our Faith Communities".
