Can you please help by providing me with funds to help a local charity whom I do voluntary work for.
I understand there could be £2,000.00 available.
I am a mitra within the Triratna Buddhist Community.
I sometimes run buddhist meditation classes at the charity as well as helping with administrative tasks and assisting the Trustees.
The charity helps women and children in need and is centred around the prevention and counselling of those experiencing domestic violence.
We also counsel male perpetrators separately.
We provide drop-in support, counselling, legal advice and help across a whole range of social issues.
It is an important community project.
