‘A Planet in Crisis: the Gifts of Buddhism’ Took place on 24th January 2026! What a fabulous event it was – building connections, sharing ideas for action and planting seeds of hope for each other and the earth. You can get an idea of the day from this short YouTube clip .
There were six speakers, from different Buddhist traditions who approached the topic from varying and inspiring perspectives. Over 50 people attended across the day, and there was plenty of time to share, get to know each other and generally consider what gifts Buddhism has to offer everyone, and not only at times of crisis.
This is a short video which gives you a feel for the day.
Here are links to short videos of the six talks.
